Manchester Police Blotter: Feb. 4 - Feb. 6

The following arrest reports as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Feb. 6, 2011. Items on this list reflect charged filed, not convictions.

February 4

Ellias G. Nsubuga, no age given, of 28 Lilley St., Manchester, was charged with possession of narcotics, the illegal distribution of prescription drugs, possession of heroin or cocaine, and possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school.

Nithyalakshmi Kannan, no age given, of 465 Buckland Hills Dr., Manchester, was charged with sixth degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting $41 worth of merchandise from WalMart.

Philip Walsh, no age given, of 333 Bidwell St., Manchester, was charged with third degree assault, breach of peace and second degree threatening after allegedly assaulting a worker at the Bidwell Care Center.

Donald Bartow, no age given, of 23 Pearl St. , Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third degree assault and threatening in the second degree.

Danny S. Perry, no age given, of 50 North St., Manchester, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, failure to carry auto mobile insurance and failure to display a front license plate. 

February 5

Ashley A. Rivera, no age given, of 185 Pine St. Apt. 813, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct for an altercation with her roommate.

Lucious P. Murray, no age given, of 185 Pine St. Apt. 813, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct for an altercation with his roommate.

Lamarr Smith , 23, 376 Edgewood St., Hartford, was charged with possession of marijuana and was found to have an outstanding warrant during a traffic stop.

Carlton A. Bryan, 19, 4 Westland St., Hartford, was charged with possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of a weapon without a permit, possession of more than four ounces of marijuana and possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school.

Hector J. Lopez, no age given, of 132 Sherbrooke Ave., Hartford, was charged with failure to obey a traffic signal and operating a vehicle with a suspended license.

Anthony Joseph Dentamaro, no age given, of 23 East St., Stafford Springs, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to operate a vehicle in an orderly manner after an automobile accident in front of Howell Cheney Technical High School.
