Powell, no age given, of 129 Brookfield St., Manchester, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, reckless endangerment, possession of narcotics within 1500 ft. of a school and possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1500 ft. of a school.

Usre S. Salmon, no age given, of 731 East Middle Tpke., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Siddiqui Salmon, no age given, of 731 East Middle Tpke., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Iritza Adorno-Oquendo, no age given, of 10 Proctor Rd., Manchester, was charged with sixth degree larceny after stealing from Dot’s.

Anthony M. Rivera, no age given, of 27 Grove St., Manchester, was charged with threatening and breach of peace after verbally accosting a motorist.

Jose D. Dieppa, no age given, of 20 Emerson St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Andres E. Santome, no age given, of 485 New Park Ave. Apt. C, West Hartford, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, misuse of motor vehicle plates and illegal possession of motor vehicle plates.

Robert Lawrence Patterson, no age given, of 9 Pawnee Rd., East Hartford, was charged with fifth degree larceny, reckless endangerment, sixth degree larceny, driving an unregistered vehicle, illegal possession of motor vehicle plates, and driving without insurance after attempting to steal a generator from Home Depot.

Jean Melodi Ellison, no age given, of 16 Clinton St., Manchester, was charged with second degree failure to appear.

Jillian Yost, no age given, of 40 Olcott St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police and disorderly conduct.
