The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Feb. 23, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

February 22

Arlene Marie Beauple-Herzog, 49, of 149 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Brittany Tremonte, no age given, of 191 Spencer St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespassing, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Eric Jeffery Gorman, 20, of 56 East Maple St., Manchester was charged with second-degree arson, conspiracy, third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.

Leighton C. James, no age given, of 77 Hazel St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree reckless endangerment. 

February 23

Sean Anthony Arnold Sr., no age given, of 20 East Willcott St., Windsor, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment. 

Shawn Wesley Johnson, no age given, of 33 Orchard St., East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and second-degree reckless endangerment.
