Chantelle M. Kellner, no age given, of 63 Valley View Lane, Vernon, was charged with three counts of failure to appear. 

Gionanni Cicero-Santalina, no age given, of 68 Victoria Rd., Hartford, was charged with second-degree threatening and breach of peace. 

Shawna D. Rogers, no age given, of 15 Evergreen Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Zamiah I. Young, no age given, of 460 Edgewood St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Amanda Pineda, no age given, of 48 Hartford Rd., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Jason L. Holmes Jr., no age given, of 100 Clinic St., New Britain, was charged with four counts of failure to appear. 

Yengen B. Khrystynywk, no age given, of 185 Pine St., Bridgeport, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Walgreens. 

Nikki Marie Harris, no age given, of 442 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

February 20 

Victor A. Hernandez, no age given, of 74 Wells St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Cynthia L. Hernandez, no age given, of 74 Wells St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Kalene Pagan, no age given, of 262 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Diane K. McCarthy, no age given, of 262 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Tykwon Rashard Blunt, no address listed, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and interfering with police after police say he assaulted his pregnant girlfriend. 

Kevin Keegan, no age given, of 130 Pearl St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Jonathan Alexander Pike, no age given, of 130 Pearl St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny. 

Ray Gordon Veazie, no age given, of 304 Fitchville Rd., Bozrah, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint and second-degree assault.

Eric Joseph Rawson, no age given, of 30 Henry St., Manchester, was charged with first-degree larceny, two counts of third-degree identity theft, two counts of second-degree identity theft, four counts of illegal use of a credit card and four counts of making false statements to procure a credit card after police say he stole family members identity and ran up $40,000 in credit card charges.

Richard C. Casolla, no age given, of 26 Florence St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of second-degree larceny, fraudulent use of an ATM, fraudulent use of a credit card, making false statements to procure a credit card and first-degree identify theft. 

Jenny Marie Benvenuto, no age given, of 159 Cottage Rd., Enfield, was charged with two counts of criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny. 

Stacia M. McLaughlin, no age given, of 185 Skinner Rd., Vernon, was charged with failure to appear, interfering with police and criminal impersonation.

Charles Barozi, no age given, of 126 Rachel Rd., Manchester, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

u frigin cops are handing out to many disoderly conduct charges. dont u guys know how to investigate these situations sometimes one of the partys lie as to what happend to me .now get off your asses and do something or i will call my constsituits and the mayor and get a watch dog angency watching you.
