February 11

Tokara S. Negron, no age given, of 63 Hemlock St., Manchester, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension, operating an unregistered vehicle, operating an uninsured vehicle and evading police after allegedly fleeing the scene of a traffic accident.

Carlos M. Torres, 22, of 15 Edgerton St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute.

Misty R. Studdard, no age given, of 50 Cambridge St., Manchester was charged with interfering with an officer and second-degree failure to appear.

Gregory Simms, no age given, of 27 Rosemont Ave., Windsor, was charged with misuse of registration, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

James M. Moriarty, no age given, of 112 Lakewood Circle South, Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence after a traffic accident.

February 12

Bridgette A. Bayliss, no age given, of 294 Green Rd. Apt. A, was charged with driving under the influence after a motor vehicle accident.

Michelle J. Biron, no age given, of 380 Daleville Rd., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after allegedly shoplifting from Sears.

Janice Welch, no age given, of 380 Daleville Rd., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after allegedly shoplifting from Sears.

Steven A. Riley, no age given, of 200 Collins St. Apt. 208, Hartford, was charged on a previous warrant.

Jeremy Jason Ehrhan, no age given, of 193 Homestead St. Unit B12, was charged with third-degree assault, unlawful restraint, criminal mischief, interfering with a 911 call and breach of peace after a domestic dispute.

Christopher J. O’Brien, no age given, of 438 W. Middle Tpke., Manchester, was charged with operating a vehicle under suspension.

Calvin C. Evans, 42, of 28 Conway Rd., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute with his girlfriend.

Bobby James Ferrengo, 35, of 830 W. Lake Ave., Los Angeles, was charged with first-degree larceny after police were called to a domestic dispute at the Hampton Inn and found Ferrengo in possession of a stolen truck.

Ashley Ann Erickson, 30, of 240 N. Crescent Dr., Beverly Hills, was charged with first-degree larceny after police were called to a domestic dispute at the Hampton Inn and found Erickson in possession of a stolen truck.

Alicia L. Cromartie, no age given, of 31 High St. Apt. 4307, East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor after a dispute at T.G.I. Friday’s involving her boyfriend’s wife and two children.

February 13

Michael Robert Millette, no age given, of 69 Pine St., Manchester, was charged with three counts of failure to appear.

Joanna Carmen Valentin, no age given, of 49 S. Quaker Lane, West Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Zachariah Donald Smith, no age given, of 75 Birch St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Jocelyn Valentin, no age given, of 75 Birch St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Taj Cinque Fredericks, no age given, of 114 Rachel Rd. Apt. C, Manchester, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.

Earl Dudley, no age given, of 46 St. James St. #6, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct for a domestic dispute with his wife.

Camilla Dudley, no age given, of 46 St. James St. #6, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct for a domestic dispute with her husband.

William Herrera, no age given, of 122 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with possession of marijuana.
