Manchester Police Blotter: Feb. 1 - Feb. 3, 2013

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Feb. 3, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

February 1

Chaz Wayne Pacyna, no age given, of 32 Dexter Rd., Coventry, was charged with failure to appear. 

Patrick Nkomo Bennett, no age given, of 156 Hollister St., Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and refusal of fingerprinting after police say Bennett was involved in a physical domestic dispute with his girlfriend. 

Peter L. Schuett, no age given, of 42 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with failure to verify his address as a sex offender. 

Eric B. Santese, no age given, of 109 Long Hill Rd., Andover, was charged with breach of peace.

Earl Handy, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with possession of crack cocaine and possession within 1,500 feet of a school zone. 

Matthew Everett Dunn, no age given, of 132 Bissell St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, disorderly conduct and interfering with police. 

Jon Henry Heine, no age given, of 19 Eastfield St., Manchester, was charged with threatening and disorderly conduct after police say he threatened to "blow" his girlfriend's head off. 

Mark E. Engebretson, no age given, of 19 Cottage St., Vernon, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

February 3

Mariah C. Boland, no age given, of 258 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after a physical altercation with her boyfriend. 

Juan Oquendo, no age given, of 208 Main St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Izabela Jaskiewicz, no age given, of 208 Main St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Arlene Beaudre-Herzog, no age given, of 149 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Steven McCurry, no age given, of 149 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.
