Manchester Police Blotter: Engaging Police in a Pursuit, Violation of a Protective Order and Drug Busts

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of May 8, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

May 6 

Helga Worgan, no age given, of 205 Homestead St. B5, Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.

Keith Alan Shirley, no age given, of 13 Arawak Dr., East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Krystal Eve Pastrana, no age given, of 519 Park St., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear.

Laurel M. Martucci, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with second-degree breach of peace after police say she got into an argument at "tent city" and then returned when asked to leave. 

Sadie Autumn Smith, no age given, of 153 Walker St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree harassment and breach of peace. 

Jennifer Niede Laorte, no age given, of 92 East Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with fifth-degree larceny. 

Richard Michael DiFronzio Sr., no age given, of 26 View St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree threatening and criminal mischief.

Katrina Marie Cook, no age given, of 1 Maple St., Ellington, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school and conspiracy after police say she was arrested for selling drugs at a Sunoco gas station. 

Malcolm Spencer Cione, no age given, of 166 Bolton Tpke. Apt. 3, Bolton, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school and conspiracy after police say he was arrested for selling drugs at a Sunoco gas station.

May 8 

Anthony Rayshawn Dunn, no age given, no address provided, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Ishmael K. Douglas, no age given, of 252 Edgewood St., Hartford, was charged with violation of probation and two counts of failure to appear. 

Richard Sam Laptonte, no age given, of 14 Ford Rd., Windsor, was charged with second-degree trespass and breach of peace. 

Jonathan Albert Feliz, no age given, of 75 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with second-degree manslaughter, manslaughter with a motor vehicle, engaging police in a pursuit, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, driving under the influence and evading responsibility in an accident.
