Manchester Police Blotter: East Hartford Man Threatens Police

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of March 17, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

If you're being arrested, you're already in enough trouble, so you probably don't need to threaten the police on top of it. But that's exactly what the Manchester Police Department said Thomas Jarvis did Thursday after police arrested him for violation of a restraining order and threatening an unnamed victim. Police say Jarvis, no age given, of 266 Tolland Tpke., East Hartford, then threatened to kill the arresting officer's family. Jarvis was charged with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and two counts of second-degree threatening.

Ernie Menefee, no age given, of 91 Birch St.,Manchester,  was charged with disorderly conduct and second degree threatening after a domestic disturbance.

Lawrence T. Saunders, no age given, of 63 High St. #B, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace after a domestic dispute with his sister.

Anthony Cole Conroy-Galaz, no age given, of 24 East Field St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear.

Rao Khan, no age given, of 39 Buckland St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear.

Craig Joseph Madore, no age given, whose address was listed as the Best Western at 400 Tolland Tpke., Manchester, was charged with first degree trespass, third-degree burglary, and criminal attempt after police say witnesses reported him looking through the back of a delivery truck at the hotel.

Ashley Danielle Paquette, no age given, of 130 Delmont St., Manchester, was charged with first-degree trespass.

Quandu K. Terry, no age given, of 95 Nutmeg Lane Apt. 304, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at the mall.

Michael Justin Blodgett, 20, of 106 Deepwood Dr., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of more than four ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school.

Neil P. Longevin, no age given, of 425 Grant St., Bridgeport, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. Christie L. Mackey, no age given, of 1846 Main St., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear.

March 17

Marcus Anthony McCray, no age given, of 70 Wadsworth St., Manchester, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana within 1,500 of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school, and interfering with police.

Brendan J. Kohrer, no age given, of 106 Mountain Rd., North Granby, was charged with third-degree burglary, criminal trespass, criminal attempt, possession of burglary tools and possession of a dangerous weapon after police say they apprehended Kohrer trying to break into a storage trailer at the Firestone Tires store to steal tires.
