Manchester Police Blotter: East Hartford Man, Hartford Woman Steal from Mall Fountain

The following arrest reports as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of April 12, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

Chambriell Strickland and Tyquan R. Strickland had quite the adventure at the Shoppes at the Buckland Hills Mall recently – the only problem was that the mall was closed at the time, and that they were caught stealing from its wishing well.
