Manchester Police Blotter: Drug Sales, Interfering with Police and Risk of Injury to a Minor

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Feb. 9, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

February 6

Ana Marie Curtiss, no age given, of 156 Park St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and violation of a protective order. 

John Robert Stygar, no age given, of 18 Carter St., Bolton, was charged with interfering with police and making false or misleading statements to police.

Cassandra Thomas, no age given, of 127 Wooster St. Apt. 10, Hartford, was charged with three counts of possession of marijuana with intent to sell. 

Andre J. Rivera, no age given, of 32 Sanford St., Hartford, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of narcotics, operating  motor vehicle under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, misuse of a registration, theft of a license plate and operating a motor vehicle without headlights.

Teodola Fabiana Hicks, no age given, of 195 Eldridge St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault, breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor. 

Robert Travis Fox, no age given, of 143 Wendover Rd., Asheville, NC, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Cheri Lynn Smith-Chaney, no age given, of 40 Center ST., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear.  

William R. Johnson, no age given, of 135 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Timothy Simms, no age given, of 16 Chestnut St., Manchester, was charged with fraudulently obtaining a prescription and second-degree forgery. 

February 7 

Julio Edson Tirado, no age given, of 79 Brookland St., Vernon, was charged with possession of heroin, possession within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school. 

Ishmael Douglas, no age given, of 252 Edgewood St., Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Jonathan Rodriguez, no age given, of 81 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree burglary and conspiracy. 

Trishma Monique Harrison, no age given, of 29 Holmes St., East Hartford, was charged with operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and operating without a license. 

Oshaun M. Williams, no age given, of 140 Coolidge St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief. 

February 8 

Anthony Cole Conroy-Galaz, no age given, of 127 Deepwood Dr., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Corey Cortrell Menefee, no age given, of 91 Birch St., Manchester, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana, conspiracy, the sale of a controlled substance, the sale of illegal drugs and possession within 1500 feet of a school. 

February 9 

Corey Edmond Wrubel, no age given, of 61 Charles Dr., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle without a license. 

Durrant Roy Lyn, no age given, of 54 Homestead St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police and breach of peace. 

Phill Anthony Harrison, no age given, of 66 Milford St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor. 

Gail Laverne Patterson, no age given, of 106 Grove St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Home Depot. 

Jose L. Garcia, no age given, of 70 Homer St., East Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order, harassment and interfering with police.
