Manchester Police Blotter: Drug Possession, Unlawful Restraint and Risk of Injury to a Minor

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of March 5, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

March 2

Steven L. Parker, no age given, of 38 Old Roberts St., East Hartford, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Christine Ann Lucci, no age given, of 15 Robin Circle, Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal attempt at assault after a domestic dispute.

Narissa V. Terry, no age given, of 453 Edgewood St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Kohl's. 

Kenneth Eugene Clinton, no age given, of 8 Church St., Manchester, was charged as a fugitive from justice with a warrant out of Pennsylvania.

Barbara Alberino, no age given, of 151 School St. Apt. 2, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and assault of a public safety or emergency medical personnel after police say he attacked a nurse at Manchester Memorial Hospital. 

William Torres, no age given, of 228 Mather St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, reckless driving, improper use of a marker, registration or license and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

Gentleman Bozeman, no age given, of 66 Phoenix St., Vernon, was charged with possession of cocaine, interfering with police and driving under the influence. 

Chaquinta L. Hinton, no age given, of 94 Sigourney St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, breach of peace and possession of a shoplifting device after police say she was caught shoplifting merchandise from Victoria Secret in the mall and fought with loss prevention personnel. 

Eric Finkbein, no age given, of 70 East Center St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after police say he got into a physical confrontation with his roommate. 

Alan David Woodward, no age given, of 70 East Center St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after police say he got into a physical confrontation with his roommate. 

March 3

Phoong Lam Nguyen, no age given, of 121 West Atwood St., Springfield, MA, was charged with breach of peace. 

Victor Emanuel Roca Sr., no age given, of 221 Sisson Ave. Apt. 412, Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault, breach of peace and possession of cocaine. 

March 4

Natisha Marie Brown, no age given, of 85 Capen St., Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check. 

Bakary Diaby, no age given, of 28 Cottage St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint and two counts of risk of injury to a minor. 

March 5

Jessy D. Jurewicz, no age given, of 75 Duncaster Lane, Vernon, was charged with third-degree larceny and operating an unregistered motor vehicle after police discovered the car he was driving was stolen. 

Ashley Marie Johnson, no age given, of 103 Mill Road, East Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Kellie J. McConnell, no age given, of 268 Twin Hills Dr., Coventry, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 
Kevin Barzola, no age given, of 6 Brian Dr., South Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Allison Santiago, no age given, of 434 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
