Jose Enrique Soto, no age given, of 181 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

Sheroca D. Vaughn, no age given, of 315 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Kohl's.

Lamar J. Bryant, no age given, of 3 White Birch Circle, Bloomfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, driving under the influence, drinking while operating a motor vehicle, possession of weapons in a vehicle and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

Sarah Kathleen Liappes, 29, of 17 Faith Circle, Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school.

Quiana N. Durant, no age given, of 17 Regan St., Vernon, sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Kohl's.

Peter K. Ngonyi, no age given, of 60 Independence Lane, Ashland, MA, was charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving.

Valerie Gudeahn, no age given, of 211 Bassett St., New Britain, was charged with three counts of violation of a restraining order.

Desiree C. Bradley, no age given, of 734 Windsor Ave., Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart.
