The following arrest reports as provided by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Sept. 16, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

September 14

Victor Roman, no age given, of 67 Columbus St., East Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Felix Cintron, no age given, of 25 Emerson St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with an officer, possession of narcotics, and operating an illegal drug factory.

James Robert Grimord, no age given, of 38B Pleasant St., Rockville, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Nicole Marie Hedges, no age given, of 30 Holl St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police.

Shawn Ryan Anderson, 35 Elizabeth Lane, Vernon, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order.

September 15

Jihad Benamore, no age given, of 128 Campfield St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy and criminal attempt.

Rafael A. Valles, no age given, of 55 Morris St. B3, Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Glendale Barnes, no age given, of 125 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, and interfering with an officer after police say he broke into a package store and stole liquor.

Jeffrey Hicks, no age given, of 141 St. John St., Manchester, was charged with first-degree trespass.

Rosimar Alberty-Fuller, no age given, of 40 Olcott St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and three counts of second-degree harassment.

Nicholas J. Cardaropoli, no age given, of 10 Bobolink Lane, Enfield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny after police say he engaged in employee theft at Macy’s.

September 16

Diane L. Smith, no age given, of 25 Jefferson St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Adam A. Smith, no age given, of 25 Jefferson St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and threatening.

Brandon Scott Roberts, no age given, of 18 Spusta Rd., Stafford Springs, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after police say he refused to pay his bar tab at Corey’s Catsup and Mustard.

Joshua C. Frazer, no age given, of 52 Ecology Dr., East Hartford, was charged with three counts of second-degree forgery, criminal attempt, two counts of forgery of a prescription and possession of narcotics.

Nicholas R. Coppola, no age given, of 72 Wilton Rd., Windsor, was charged with driving under the influence, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicholas Ibsen, 32, of 12B Esquire Dr., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after police say he stole candy from the Sunoco Station on Tolland Turnpike.

Zachary Taylor Davis, no age given, address listed as “tent city,” was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Andrew Anthony Bordieri, no age given, of 98 Chesnut St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after police say he assaulted a tenant.

Juan S. Nieto, 21, of 237 Center St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Deborah Michele Gaines, no age given, of 48 Bissell St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear.

Brenda I. Nazario, no age given, of 141 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.
