Manchester Police Blotter: Drug Busts, Violation of a Protective Order and Possession of Weapons in a Motor Vehicle

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of May 3, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

May 1

Valerie Amber Ladfoot, no age given, of 12 Moore St., Manchester, was charged with being a fugitive from justice. 

Peter Jason Solarz, no age given, of 170 Charter Oak St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, breach of peace, running a red light and possession of weapons in a motor vehicle.

David Nathan Schultz, no age given, of 17 Northfield St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Jonathan Bryce Carpenter, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and breach of peace after police said they received a complaint about Carpenter firing a BB gun on Eldridge Street.

Lee Austin Thibodeau, no age given, of 1075 Poquonock Ave., Windsor, was charged with breach of peace. 

Jamie Alberto Noriega, no age given, of 43 Nuthatch Knob, Glastonbury, was charged with five counts of sexual assault and five counts of risk of injury to a minor. 

Oswaldo Ricardo Diaz, no age given, of 63 Elm St. #121, Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, drinking while operating a motor vehicle and possession of weapons in a motor vehicle. 

Erika Aragon, 74 Governor St., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart.

May 2

Aamir Ali Shakil, no age given, of 50 Wilfred Rd., Manchester, was charged with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school and conspiracy. 

George W. Stanley, no age given, of 302 Filed Point Rd., Branford, was charged with offering home improvement services without the proper license. 

May 3

Carmelo Cruz, no age given, of 30 Hillside St., East Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny. 

Melvin L. Perry, no age given, of 142 Burnham St., Hartford, was charged with two counts of violation of a restraining order. 

Tylon R. Morris, no age given, of 21 Webster Hill, New Britain, was charged with risk of injury to a minor. 

Antonio Lingard, no age given, of 245 Center St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Joshua A. McVeigh, no age given, of 114 Green Manor Rd., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Lamonta Oliver Jr., no age given, of 45 Hungerford St., Hartford, was charged with four counts of risk of injury to a minor, two counts of sixth-degree larceny, three counts of first-degree robbery and three counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery. 

James A. Green, no age given, of 27 Randolph Ave., Meriden, was charged with third-degree identity theft, third-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, two counts of third-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny. 

Ryan C. Pasco, no age given, of 96 Grove St., West Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny. 

Taylor C. Mason, no age given, of 99 Essex St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
