Manchester Police Blotter: Drug Busts, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and Public Urination Arrests

The following arrest reports as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of April 19, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

April 19

Louise A. Vezina, no age given, of 90 Chestnut St., Manchester, was charged with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana after police say staff at the April Time residential living center on Chestnut Street caught her smoking the drug.

John Hill Bunker, no age given, address listed as P.O. Box 2012, Goutt Hill, Acworth, N.H., was charged with criminal possession of a firearm and violation of a protective order.

David J. Williams, no age given, of 1119 Long Hill Dr., East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace after police say they found Williams urinating on the side of a building on Main Street.  

Stan Robert Murphy, no age given, of 523 Mill Pond Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy to possess heroin.

Douglas William Ogden, no age given, of 137 Branford St., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy to possess heroin.

Lysa J. Chastain, no age given, of 523 Mill Pond Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with conspiracy to possess heroin.

Jonathan R. Brown, no age given, of 121 Jacques Lane, South Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Home Depot.

Nester S. Motato, no age given, of 80 Queen St. Apt. I, Manchester, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and misuse of marker plates.
