Manchester Police Blotter: Drug Busts, DUIs and Burglary

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of April 2, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

March 31 

Mariah Masse, no age given, of 9 Hemlock Dr., Vernon, was charged with breach of peace. 

Daniel A. DeJesus, no age given, of 358 Woodbridge St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.

Steven L. Vezina Jr., no age given, of 5 South Wapack Trail, East Hampton, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Roy F. Seda-Sanchez, no age given, of 12 Laurel St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Michael Ivan Bourgoin, no age given, of 14 Old Woods Rd., Wallingford, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Abraham Mahmoud, 20, of 232 Jordan Lane, Wethersfield, was charged with criminal trespassing and interfering with police. 

Mark Leon Preston, no age given, of 309 Spruce St. Apt. A, Manchester, was charged third-degree assault, breach of peace and criminal mischief. 

Allen M. Chinn, no age given, of 36 Walnut St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy for allegedly shoplifting from Macy's. 

Keith Hoppe, no age given, of 36 Edgewood Rd., South Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart. 

April 1

Quanisne Renee Flippen, no age given, of 101 Tudor Lane, Manchester, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving in the right-hand lane. 

Adam Adrian Avitabile, no age given, of 95 Hills St., East Hartford, was charged with three counts of third-degree burglary, theft of a firearm, two counts of fifth degree larceny, third-degree larceny and conspiracy. 

Cheryl A. Taggart, no age given, of 33 Norman St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart. 

Christina C. Hannington, no age given, of 54 Avondale Rd., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart. 

April 2 

Mark A. Thompson, no age given, of 90 Plainfield St., Hartford, was charged with four counts of failure to appear, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. 

Shaun Rochelle Lewis, no age given, of 875 Center St., Manchester, was charged with possession of crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine within 1,500 feet of a school. 

Mark A. Beebe, no age given, of 100 Breton Rd., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police, breach of peace and failure to obey a traffic signal after police say he stopped at the scene of a motor vehicle stop/criminal investigation and created a disturbance. 

Joseph B. Colon, no age given, of 421 Tolland St. #105, East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

William A. Piedra, no age given, of 49 Gerald Lane, Manchester, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and evading responsibility in the motor vehicle accident.
