Manchester Police Blotter: Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Trespass and Assault of a Police Officer

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Feb. 12, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

February 10 

Nicholas A. Hammond, no age given, of 262 Main St., Cromwell, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Sears. 

Jose Luis Garcia, no age given, of 70 Hammer St. 2nd Floor, East Hartford, was charged with criminal harassment and violation of a protective order.

Salvatore Dominic DiMauro, no age given, of 194 Fern St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Marsha L. Singletary, no age given, of 110 Woodlawn Circle, East Hartford, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction.

February 11 

Michael Joseph Szydelko, no age given, of 5 Wilson Way, Manchester, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, assault of a police officer, two counts of threatening, criminal mischief, first-degree burglary and first degree trespass after police say he forced his into a private residence while intoxicated and fought with police when they arrived. 

James Robert Frazier, no age given, of 149 School St., Manchester, was charged with unlawful restraint, interfering with police and disorderly conduct. 

Matthew J. Miceli, no age given, of 96 Bridge St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Angelina Miceli, no age given, of 96 Bridge St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

February 12 

Bruce F. Rittlinger, no age given, of 655 Talcotville Rd., Vernon, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Ivan Herrera, no age given, of 47 Church St., East Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to carry registration. 

Generio Travis Jones Jr., no age given, of 11 Lawrence St., Vernon, was charged with two counts of third-degree assault, unlawful restraint and breach of peace. 

Jason J. Gorman, no age given, of 56 East Maple St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment after police say he made threatening phone calls to his ex-girlfriend.
