Manchester Police Blotter: Dec. 9 - Dec. 11, 2012

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Dec. 11, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

December 9 

Markin R. Jones, no age given, of 36 Stony Dr., Millis, MA, was charged with breach of peace. 

Gloria Jean Tanguay, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with two counts of failure to pay or plead an infraction, illegal possession of alternative substances and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana. 

Timothy Edward Martin, no age given, of 374 Main St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Geoffrey Benjamin Gauthier, no age given, of 4421 Buckland Hills Dr., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, first-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree reckless endangerment after police say he was involved in a physical domestic with his girlfriend. 

December 10 

Paul Joseph Litrico, 48, of 34 Evergreen Rd., Manchester, was charged with second-degree larceny - defrauding a public community and false entry by a public official.

Michael James Furlong, no age given, of 301 Washington St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of narcotics after police say he was caught shoplifting at Sears. 

Nasairo Santiago, no age given, of 115 Meadow Brook Road, Ellington, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and second-degree forgery. 

Todd Andrews, no age given, of 91 Olmstead St., East Hartford, was charged with reckless burning after police say he attempted to burn a backpack in a rooming house. 

Kyle Joseph Faulkner, no age given, of 162 Boston Hill Rd., Andover, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment. 

December 11

Kimberly A. Veneziano, no age given, of 36 Bunce Rd., Wethersfield, was charged with with three counts of failure to appear and third-degree larceny. 

Philip E. Schultz, 21, of 91 Charter Oak St., Manchester, was charged with first-degree sexual assault, 15 counts of second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. 

Albert Parker Jr., no age given, o 32 Alden St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree sexual assault, fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.
