December 7
Joseph Cooper Stanley, 22, of 32 Yarmouth Dr., Nashua, NH, was charged with failure to appear, two counts of exploitation of the elderly and five counts of practicing home improvement without a license.
Edward Turell, no age given, of 62 Winter St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy, three counts of third-degree burglary and criminal trespass after police say he broke into a number of cars.

Rey Fernando Ortiz, no age given, of 322A Park Terrace, Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
Dezmond A. Bonds, no age given, of 48 Woodlong Circe, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy, criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerment and operating a motor vehicle without a license after police say he was caught shoplifting at Best Buy and then struck a store employee with his car while fleeing.

Alexander J. Strout, no age given, of 122 Coleman Rd., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
Eric. R. Todte, no age given, of 77 Westerly St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Christopher Stewart, no age given, of 46 Faith Circle, Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order.
William F. Escher, no age given, of 709 Main St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Kevin P. Haynes, no age given, of 44 Amy Dr., East Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.
Marcella L. Duncan, no age given, of 360 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Sultano Brown, no age given, of 31 Oakland Terrace, Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order, interfering with police and possession of narcotics.
Maribel Echevarria, no age given, of 68 Pliny St., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear.
Glenda Lee Perez, no age given, of 69 Gillett St. Apt. 418, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from a hair salon in the mall.
