Manchester Police Blotter: Dec. 4 - Dec. 6, 2012

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Dec. 6, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

December 4

Justin Scott Phillips, 30, of 186 New State Rd. #53, Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Ryan Richard Vilandry, no age given, of 121 Chestnut St., West Springfield, MA, was charged with failure to appear. 

Alex James Solomonson, 31, o 198 Mckee St., Manchester, was charged with violation of probation. 

Michelle Daunis, no age given, of 86 Birch St. Apt. 2, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Stephen Daunis, no age given, of 86 Birch St. Apt. 2, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Michael Eward Wrobel, no age given, of 5 Franklin St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

December 5

Fernando Luis Sanchez, no age given, of 394 Old Main St., Rocky Hill, was charged with second-degree threatening. 

Elijah Simmons III, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with violation of probation.

Anthony Luis Collazo, no age given, of 288 Fairfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Jonathan L. Robinson, no age given, of 1800 Silas Dean Highway, Rocky Hill, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Gerardo Munoz-Santiago, no age given, of 33 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. 

December 6

Eric Joseph Rawson, no age given, of 30 Henry St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and criminal mischief. 

Jose Roman, no age given, of 204 Catherine St., Hartford, was charged with criminal attempt, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy. 

Michael Durdek, no age given, of 180 Chestnut St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Ramon Luis Rodriguez Jr., no age given, of 100 Laurel St., Hartford, was charged with conspiracy, two counts of sixth-degree larceny and violation of probation for allegedly shoplifting from Sears. 

Bryan Rafael Lopez, no age given, of 97 Bissell St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and disorderly conduct.

Also, the Connecticut Society of Genealogists, Inc. regularly helps people with requests on their Facebook page. The CSG library is located right on Maple Ave. in East Hartford.
