December 26

Cassie Lynn Lambert, no age given, of South Windsor, was charged possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

December 28 

Diane Christine Juracka, no age given, of 18 Delmont St., Manchester, was charged with three counts of second-degree harassment. 

Wayne Artilio Vliano, no age given, of 2 Mill Rd., East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Jeff Antoine, 18, of 15 Barbour St., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault, impairing the morals of a minor and unlawful restraint. 

David Jacobs Robbins, no age given, of 113 Summer St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Sara Lambert, no age given, of 105 Pearl St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears. 

John Issacs Smith Jr., no age given, of 214 Hillard St., Manchester, was charged with fourth-degree larceny.

Kent N. Maxwell, 44, of 343 Lydall St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, threatening and interfering with police.

Seth Brian Glasgow, no age given, of 1174 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Kerry E. Buckland, no age given, of 363 Keeney St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police and breach of peace. 

Michael Anthony Miller, no age given, of 363 Keeney St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Bennie Lee Tate, no age given, of 1170 Hartford Turnpike, Vernon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Kanxitta Nunez, no age given, of 410 Garden St. Apt. B, Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and third-degree criminal trespass. 

Lizbeth Nunez, no age given, of 140 Silver Lane Apt. 4, East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and third-degree criminal trespass. 

Steven Pedraza, no age given, of 42 Fairfield AVe., Hartford, was charged with second-degree threatening.
