Ronald White, 30, of 88 Oak St. Apt. 7, Manchester, was charged with three arrest warrants for the possession of cocaine and the sale of cocaine.

John Edmond Bolts, no age given, of 110 Russell St., Manchester, was charged with three counts of sixth-degree larceny, three counts of third-degree identity theft and three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. 

Shaunte R. Bowman-Franklin, no age given, of 56 Hebron St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and possession of prescription narcotics not in the original container. 

Lisa Mooney, no age given, of 23 John Han Dr., Coventry, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears.

Manivanh Khantikane, no age given, of 20 Rowland Dr., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from ShopRite.
