December 12

Melanie Lee Connelly, no age given, of 47 Cottage St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Stop & Shop.

Angel F. Ortiz, 28, of 52 Mckee St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault, threatening and breach of peace.

Brandon Ivan Serrano, no age given, of 23 Pearl St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy, sixth-degree larceny and simple trespass.

Brett M. Johnson, no age given, of 124 Birch St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police.

Mustaph M. Mboob, no age given, of 340 Charter Oak St. #C, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Kohl's.

Jamila H. Walker, no age given, of 89 Glendale Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Best Buy.

December 13

Jeffrey William Elston, no age given, of 62 Hightower Dr., South Glastonbury, was charged with interfering with police.

Elizabeth Lea Louden, no age given, of 68 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics.

Dayshaun Collins, no age given, no address provided, was charged with interring with police.

Morgan L. Raposh, no age given, of 153 Cooper Hill St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police.

Robert Livingston Thompson, no age given, of 57 Hemlock St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

December 14

Rachel L. Brown, no age given, of 79 Chapman Rd., Marlborough, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Kohl's.

Linda Susan Jones, no age given, of 9 Park St., Stafford Springs, was charged with fifth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sam's Club.

Kyshiifa M. Boyd, no age given, of 504 Stanley St., New Britain, was charged with failure to appear.

Michael J. Sapia, no age given, of 17 West St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace after police said he caused a disturbance at the Dunkin Donuts on Hartford Road while "highly intoxicated."

December 15

Gladys Lee Ortiz, no age given, of 59 Vernon St., Manchester, was charged with three counts of risk of injury to a minor after police say she left three children unattended.

Trevor Eric Buckland, no age given, of 363 Keeney St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with police.

Michael O. Pines, no age given, of 42 Barber Hill Rd., South Windsor, was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving and failure to obey a traffic signal.

James Lou Ludwig, no age given, of 93 Warren Dr., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Necky O. Beckford, no age given, of 73 Blue Hills Ave., Hartford, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction.

Shawneisha R. Jewell, no age given, of 109 Cedar St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy for allegedly shoplifting from Macy's.

Aaleysha Tannee Jewell, no age given, of 109 Cedar St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy for allegedly shoplifting from Macy's.

Jose L. Sanchez, no age given, of 98 Malikowski Circe, New Britain, was charged with possession of narcotics.

Hector L. Gonzalez Jr., no age given, of 18 Catherine St., Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics, driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle while under suspension.

Kenneth Takes, no age given, of 20 Amy Dr., Tolland, was charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.
