Manchester Police Blotter: Criminal Mischief, Larceny and Drug Busts

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Feb. 19, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

February 17 

Jerzy Strzepek, no age given, of 20D Thompson Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Jose Rodriguez, no age given, of 29 Cook St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and speeding.

Tyler Betancourt, no age given, of 1 Maple St. #21, Ellington, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, distracted driving, driving under the influence and possession of marijuana after a motor vehicle accident. 

Tevin Campbell, 18, of 28 Townley St. Apt. 1A, Hartford, was charged with breach of peace.

David Washington, 40, of 9 Tyler Circle, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Felix Cotto, no age given, of 68 Monford St., Hartford, was charged with possession of heroin. 

Jordan Oscar Espinoza, no age given, of 32 Fox Hill Dr., Vernon, was charged with failure to a obey a stop sign and possession of dangerous weapons in a motor vehicle after a traffic stop revealed a knife with a 10-inch blade under the center armrest of his vehicle. 

Chelsea Shanice Grant, no age given, of 14 Little St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

February 18 

Kasel Leigh Agostino, no age given, of 156 Main St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and failure to obey a stop sign. 

Christine M. Edlund, no age given, of 386 Hilton Dr., South Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Timothy Adam Hight, no age given, of 13 Whitney St., Columbia, CT, was charged with criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief. 

Richard James Vockachonis, no age given, of 137 West Center St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct. 

Deborah Irene Edwards, no age given, of 281 Spruce St. Apt. B2, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and ridicule after police say he made a disparaging remark to a homosexual neighbor. 

David P. Chamberlin, no age given, of 26 Cooper St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears. 

Desire Vazquez, no age given, of 48 Eldridge St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

February 19 

Brian Jordan, no age given, of 179 East Center St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Jose M. Beltran, no age given, of 72 Bridge St., Manchester, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of more than four ounces of marijuana, failure to obey a traffic signal and speeding.
