Manchester Police Blotter: Criminal Mischief, Assaults and Drug Busts

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of June 19, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

June 18 

Michael Phillip Reid, no age given, of 58K Imperial Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and interfering with an officer after an altercation with his girlfriend. 

Michael James Ceplenski, no age given, of 83A Oak St., was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault after police say he got into a fight at Charter Oak Park.

John I. Smith, no age given, of 133 Nelson St., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace after police say he got into a fight at Charter Oak Park. 

Justin Paul Dawiczyk, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia after police say he was found using drugs in the parking lot of Cardio Express.

Zoey Pinto, no age given, of 35 Dayle Rd., Tolland, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics not in there original contain after police say she was found using drugs in the parking lot of Cardio Express. 

Brian William Moniz, no age given, of 29 Scantic Meadow Rd., South Windsor, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia after police say he was found using drugs in the parking lot of Cardio Express. 

Jaheem B. Clarke, no age given, of 31 Kent St., Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of hallucinogens and possession with intent to sell.

Chelsey Patano, no age given, of 130 Diane Dr., South Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Kohl's. 

Marissa A. Blow, no age given, of 645 Burnside Ave. 1B, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device for allegedly shoplifting from Kohl's. 

June 19 

Victoria Elizabeth Brocuglio, no age given, of 83A Oak St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and four counts of criminal mischief after police say she smashed the glass door of a business on Main Street. 

Scott Noel MacPherson, no age given, address listed as "Tent City," Manchester, was charged with interfering with police, breach of peace and third-degree assault. 

Dustin Keith Pelletier, no age given, of 525 Somers Rd., Ellington, was charged with third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny and first-degree trespass after police say he robbed the Big Y on Tolland Turnpike. 

Michelle L. Willis, no age given, of 38 North Elm St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Sarah Foley, no age given, of 14 Laurel Place, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. 

Christina Foley, no age given, of 14 Laurel Place, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. 

Victorian Elizabeth Brocuglio, no age given, of 83 Oak St. Apt. A, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor. 

Miguel A. Leon, no age given, of 140 Russ St., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace. 

Dwayne Mitchell, no age given, of 437 Sheldon St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Bu Y. Ren, no age given, of 68 Baxter St., Tolland, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears.
