Manchester Police Blotter: Burglary, Conspiracy, and Escape From Police Custody

The following arrest reports as provided by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Sept. 19, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

September 17

Evageline L. Perretta, no age given, of 59 Clinton St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.

Eric J. Diaz-Saldana, no age given, of 96 Foster St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police, third-degree trespass and escape from police custody.

Tyrell Anthony Smith, no age given, of 28 Mahl Ave., Hartford, was charged with third-degree robbery and sixth-degree robbery after police say he was caught shoplifting sneakers at Bob’s Store and struggled with the loss prevention officer.

Sean Michael Ciampa, no age given, of 69 Hamlin St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree burglary, criminal mischief, conspiracy, and third-degree trespass.

Nicholas Edward Kaminsky, no age given, of 40 St. Ronan Rd., Amston, CT, was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, and reckless endangerment after police say he almost hit a police car while driving intoxicated.

Rhakira R. McLendon, no age given, of 115 Hampton St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Macy’s.

Rachel Lynn Fritsa, no age given, of 12 Legion Dr., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Sears.

September 18

Kimberly J. Perozziello, no age given, of 19 Lawton Rd., Manchester, was charged with second-degree assault, criminal attempt, possession of a weapon, disorderly conduct and threatening after police say she threatened her elderly mother with a hatchet.

Kyle Paul Lebel, no age given, of 24 Jackman Rd., Hebron, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault, and third-degree strangulation.

Matthew P. Conforto, no age given, of 44 Forest St. Apt. B7, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

September 19

Anishya N. Brown, no age given, of 126 Silver Lane, East Hartford, was charged with criminal attempt, sixth-degree larceny, and conspiracy.

David M. Cague, no age given, of 26 Brendan St., Stafford Springs, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Home Depot.

Alexander Szliwoski, no age given, of 1245 Marion Rd., Cheshire, was charged with first-degree forgery, violation of a protective order and possession of drug paraphernalia.
