Tommie Wilson Jr., no age given, of 21 Earl St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart.

Shontalia M. Gary, no age given, of 53 Elmer St. Apt. 1A, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Lashonda M. Allen, no age given, of 32 Vine St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shopping from Walmart.

Stephanie Schofield, no age given, of 165 School St. #1, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Christine L. Cardoso, no age given, of 1161 Cambridge St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 
Betthany Lynn Dulac, no age given, of 104 Florence St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

August 21

Stpehen C. Paulk, no age given, of 84 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, was charged with first-degree burglary, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. 

Shannon Patrick Onryan, no age given, of 31 Lincoln St., New Britain, was charged with failure to appear.

Jerrold Bruno Paradis, no age given, of 132 Sherman Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension.

Victor M. Sierra Jr., no age given, of 182 Preston St., Hartford, was charged with two counts of failure to appear. 

Edward Michael Bell, no age given, of 35B Adams St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Oniel Bryan Beckford, no age given, of 15 Curry Lane, Manchester, was charged with second-degree threatening. 

Michelle L. Grier, no age given, of 39 Tania Dr., Manchester, was charged with failure to respond to a violation. 

Jose Antonio Ortiz, no age given, of 360 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics and two counts of possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana. 

August 23

George Michael Anderson, no age given, of 36 Walnut St., Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct after police said he swore and used racial slurs and exposed his butt to a grandmother and her grandchild. 

Joseph Edward Hesse, no age given, of 64 Lockwood St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, two counts risk of injury to a minor, two counts of reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening. 

Patrick N. Bennett, no age given, of 156 Hollister St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order and third-degree assault. 

Christopher J. Chaney, no age given, of 17 Mills Rd., Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct.
