August 9 

Alberto Torres, no age given, of 24 Fairfield St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Nateria Marie Powell, 21, of 494 Prospect St., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, unlawful restraint and violation of a protective order. 

Curtis Ray Barnes, 34, of 71 Cleveland Ave., Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. 

James Trudeau, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with failure to appear. 

Eric Michael Allen, no age given, of South Park Inn, Main Street, Hartford, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny. 

Randell L. Chambers Jr., no age given, of 138 Charter Oak St., Manchester, was charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility in an accident, speeding, operating a motor vehicle without a license and interfering with police. 

August 10 

Kyshawn Chamar Teal, 19, of 209 Center St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and misuse o f a license plate. 

Jasmine Cabassa, no age given, of "no certain address," was charged with breach of peace. 

Lindsey R. Antonetti, no age given, of 1138 Tolland St., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Markin Rubio Jones, no age given, of 235 Burham St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to appear. 

Jesse Lee Nielson, no age given, of 59 Mill Pond Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

August 11 

Peter Andrew Raschuk, no age given, of 47 Country Lane, South Glastonbury, was charged with engaging police in a pursuit. 

O'Neil Bryan Beckford, no age given, of 15 Curry Lane, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. 

Matthew Boseman, no age given, of 23 Tyler Circle, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Lisa M. Boucher, no age given, of 23 of Tyler Circle, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Jeffrey K. Pouliot, no age given, of 71 East Middle Tpke., was charged with breach of peace. 

Norman Neal, no age given, of 136 Martin St., Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

August 12 

John Cesario, on age given, of 98 Lakeside Dr., Andover, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. 

Jose Angel Velezquez, no age given, of 35 Elms Village Dr., East Hartford, was charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment. 

Andrew M. Labre, no age given, of 127 Delmont St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of failure to pay or plead an infraction. 

Tracy Lynn Lagre, no age given, of 13 Cross St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. 

Randall David Lewis, no age given, of 847 Center St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening. 

Roslyn Marie Marshall, no age given, of 240 Channing Dr., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Jordyn Alan Marineau, no age given, of 308A Green Rd., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear.
