Manchester Police Blotter: Aug. 5 - Aug. 8, 2013

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Aug. 8, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

August 5

Irving Grant, no age given, of 19 East Raymond St., Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of weapons in a vehicle. 

Ramiro Xavier Rodriguez, no age given, of 11 Short St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, interfering with police, conspiracy, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal trespass for an attempted car burglary that ended in a foot pursuit. 

Tammy Lee Kasulis-Ramney, no age given, of 501 Halfway House Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with breach of peace. 

Angel Valentin, no age given, of 109 Foster St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Bruce P. Ratfi, no age given, of 91 Elm St., Manchester, was charged with violation of the conditions of release and second-degree harassment. 

Timothy Mark Trotier, no age given, of 9 North Fairfield St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

August 6

Justin H. Levesque, no age given, of 122 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

August 7

Garrett N. Andrade, no age given, of 7 Massow Lane, Windsor, was charged with failure to appear. 

Michael Anthony Johnson, no age given, of 99 Sycamore Lane, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, failure to appear, reckless endangerment and two counts of criminal liability for the acts of another. 

Jonathan Cordero, no age given, of 140 Becker Circle, Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Macy's. 

Carlos Antonio Figueroa, no age given, of 135 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. 

Charles L. Rudy, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with breach of peace after police said he was making a disturbance in the emergency room while intoxicated.  

Fabian J. Treasure, no age given, of 63 Osten Blvd., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

August 8 

Gloria Searrano, no age given, of 24 Fairfield St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Courtney L. Chatterton, no age given, of 8 Eldridge St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Ebenezer Barffo, no age given, of 1329 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy for attempting to pick up computers purchased online with a stolen credit card from Walmart.
