August 29
Dennis James Schleicher, 41, of 21 Rival Court, East Hartford, was charged with interfering with police, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, sixth-degree larceny and criminal attempt.
Thomas Williams, no age given, of 214 Woodland St., Manchester, was charged with driving with a suspended license, evasion of responsibility in an accident, reckless driving and improper use of a marker, registration or license after police say he struck a police vehicle and then fled the scene.
August 30
Joshua John Boyle, 27, address listed as "homeless," was charged with 22 counts of violation of a protective order.
August 31
William Harvey Patterson, 57, of 64D School St., Coventry, was charged with failure to appear.
Alan D. Woodward, no age given, of 42 Maple St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and interfering with police.
Juanita Giglio, no age given, of 12 Division St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and threatening.
Juan Carlos Alfonso, no age given, of 164 Bond St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Home Depot.
