Kara Danila, no age given, of 158 South Main St., East Granby, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Amy Finneran, no age given, of 60 Foxbrook Rd., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Kevin P. Steffano, no age given, of 21 Carol Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and cruelty to animals after police say he struck a dog on the the sidewalk and then engaged in an "altercation" with the witnesses.
