August 13

Giovanni Martinez, no age given, of 23 Pearl St., Manchester, was charged with failure to pay or plead an infraction. 

David S. Beaulieu, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny, breach of peace, second-degree threatening and third-degree assault after police say he was caught shoplifting at ShopRite. 

Joshua Smith, no age given, of 95 Coleman Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, second-degree threatening and third-degree criminal mischief. 

Beayanka W. Pickney-Naraine, no age given, of 137 Lawrence St., Hartford, was charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor after police say she left two children in a car unattended with the vehicle running on West Middle Turnpike. 

August 14

Samantha Nicole Hale, no age given, of 100 Prospect St., Vernon, was charged with violation of probation. 

Jeffrey M. St. Louis, no age given, of 40 Olcott St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening. 

Jose Galarza, no age given, of 22 Thompson Rd., Manchester, was charged with violation of the conditions of release. 

Stanley E. Fabrycki, no age given, of 56 Ruby Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Hector Rivera, no age given, of 34 Pascal Lane, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

August 15 

Kevin Anthony Cosla Jr., no age given, of 30 Nye St., Vernon, was charged with breach of peace, interfering with police and third-degree assault after police say he fought with and spit on staff members at Manchester Memorial Hospital. 

Jose Maldonado, no age given, of 110 Charter Oak St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Terrell Philips, no age given, of 32 Channing Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, threatening, interfering with police, assault of a emergency, medical or public safety personnel, criminal mischief and reckless endangerment. 

Jonathan James Oakes, no age given, of 46 Wells St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of failure to appear. 

Cory Alexander Delgado, no age given, of 25 Horace St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Clayton Gullap, no age given, of 130 School St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, interfering with police and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana. 

Ramon Antonio Acevedo-Fuentes, 56, of 31 Orlando St., Mattapan, MA, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. 

August 16

Rachel Cruz, no age given, of 67 Wilfred Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Jennifer Negron, no age given, of 360 Oakland St. Apt. 140, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Todd G. Caruso, no age given, of 28 Prospect St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and simple trespass. 

Marangely Velazquez-Sanchez, no age given, of 201 Pine St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Lisandra Reyes, no age given, of 421 East School St., Woonsocket, RI, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

William Santaliz, 30, address listed as "homeless," was charged with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and tempering with evidence.
