David S. Beaulieu, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny, breach of peace, second-degree threatening and third-degree assault after police say he was caught shoplifting at ShopRite. 

Joshua Smith, no age given, of 95 Coleman Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, second-degree threatening and third-degree criminal mischief. 

Beayanka W. Pickney-Naraine, no age given, of 137 Lawrence St., Hartford, was charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor after police say she left two children in a car unattended with the vehicle running on West Middle Turnpike.
