Manchester Police Blotter: Assault, Unlawful Restraint and Interfering With a 911 Call

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of April 5, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

April 3

Laurie Ferrera Schluntz, no age given, address listed as "Tent City," Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, violation of a protective order, interfering with police, criminal mischief and first-degree burglary. 

Cheikeno Orlando Watson, no age given, of 165 Maple St., Manchester, was charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence, engaging police in a pursuit, third-degree criminal trespass and assault of a public safety or emergency personnel officer.

Duane White, no age given, of 102 School St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Aazia D. Walker, no age given, of 261 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Vanessa A. Norvelle, no age given, of 27 Sandra Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Eric P. Brewer, no age given, of 126 Grove St., Windsor Locks, was charged with driving under a suspended license. 

Jill B. Mulligan, no age given, of 466 Main St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart. 

Catherine Anne-Jean Bartlett, no age given, of 35 Francis St., East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

April 4

Jermaine Lee Shivers, no age given, of 75 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with a 911 call, third-degree assault and unlawful restraint. 

Lindell G. Burns, 29, of 16 Vernon Ave. #18, was charged with failure to appear. 

Edwin Ronaldo Santa-Cruz, no age given, of 539 Burnside Ave. Apt. 01, East Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating a motor vehicle without proper identification. 

Scott V. Gabriel, no age given, of 67 Love Lane, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Gregory Lucenay, no age given, of 17 Adelaide St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer after police say he allegedly stole shoes from Bob's Stores and ran from police and security. 

Kytrell D. Walker, no age given, of 177 Andover St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly stealing sneakers from Bob's Stores. 

April 5

Martin Junior Rodriguez, 28, of 178 Roosevelt St., Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Frazier Inigo, no age given, of 42C Channing Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, threatening, two counts of risk of injury to a minor and interfering with a 911 call. 

Kristine Coulombe, no age given, of 125 Main St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. 

Edward T. Hatch, no age given, of 148 Edgerton St. Apt. A2, Manchester, was charged with interfering with an officer. 

Joshua Kenneth Reese, no age given, of 22 Gardner St., Manchester, was charged with three counts of illegal possession of narcotics.
