The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Jan. 21, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

January 18 

Michael Steven Murray, no age given, address listed as "homeless," Vernon, was charged with failure to appear. 

Enroy G. Thomas, no age given, of 73 Mansfield St., Hartford, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of PCP, reckless driven, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and operating a motor vehicle with a broken windshield.

Richard A. Bowanga, no age given, of 60 Cooper St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of failure to appear. 

Ashira S. Palmer, no age given, of 326 Center St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear.

Walter G. Vbiles, no age given, of 125 School St., Manchester, was charged with first-degree burglary, interfering with a 911 call, third-degree assault and breach of peace. 

Britts Linnea Herbst, no age given, of 32 Hazel St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Jessica Jarvis, no age given, of 72 Myrtle St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Walmart. 

Taris Donness Clemons, no age given, of 75 Summer St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Randall Leach, no age given, of 386 Farmington Ave., Hartford, was charged with first-degree trespass, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. 

Kenneth W. Clay, no age given, of 6 Colchester Commons, Colchester, was charged with failure to appear and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

Edward A. Majewski, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Gerard Raymond Marcel, no age given, of 160 Center St., Manchester, was charged with criminal attempt, assault of a public safety or emergency medical personnel and four counts of second-degree threatening. 

January 19 

Joseph Clarence Sovey, no age given, of 454 North Main St., Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault, threatening and disorderly conduct. 

Louis Anthony Mayo, no age given, of 131 Summit St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Gemal Ahmad Davis, no age given, of 11 Johnson Terrace, Manchester, was charged with possession of a dangerous weapon. 

Timothy Adam Hight, no age given, of 84 West St., Vernon, was charged with 11 counts of violation of a protective order and 11 counts of harassment after police said he repeatedly called and harassed his wife. 

Henryk Dabkowski, no age given, of 1206 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Calvin Louis Morgan, no age given, of 92 Oliver Rd., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Thaddeus Thomas Powers, no age given, of 14 Flatbush Ave. Apt. 8, East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Michael Williams, no age given, of 18 Burton St., Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and interfering with police.

Jonathan David King, no age given, of 51 John Olds Dr., Manchester, was charged with first-degree robbery and conspiracy. 

Anna G. Jurado, no age given, of 179 Park St., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and second-degree forgery. 

Fakiyma Fisher Hudson, 27, of 30 Belden St. #1, East Hartford, was charged with two counts of failure to appear. 

Ibrahim Afolabi, no age given, of 147 Charter Oak St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Jeremy D. Anderson, no age given, of 51 Summit St., Manchester, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell, possession within 1,500 of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with police and operating a motor vehicle under suspension. 

Robert D. Hulsizer, no age given, of 81 Hilliard St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

January 20 

Mark L. Preston, no age given, of 32 Stuart St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree burglary. 

Pablo Hiram Cortes, no age given, of 65 Foley St., Manchester, was charged with threatening, disorderly conduct and two counts of risk of injury to a minor after police say he threatened to kill his wife over the phone and came home to retrieve a knife in the presence of his two children. 

Madeline Elizabeth Brown, no age given, of 83 Cannon Rd., East Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and making false statements to the police. 

Daniel D. Graves, no age given, of 113 North School St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Shawn Thomas Robbins, no age given, of 63 Country Club Rd., Bolton, was charged with two counts of failure to appear. 

Kenshasha Thara Hightower, no age given, of 49 Shatins Place, Hartford, was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening. 

January 21

Jordan Charles Sanford, no age given, of 126 London Rd., Hebron, was charged with breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor. 

Gregory Windsor Taylor, no age given, of 281 Martin St., Hartford, was charged with violation of probation. 

Felix Burgos, no age given, of 2 Bramdon Way, Tolland, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession  with intent to sell, possession within 1,500 of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Gilbert Jimmy Hernandez, no age given, of 63 Union St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Joseph I. Okwvazi, no age given, of 454 Wetherell St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct for a domestic dispute with his daughter. 

Ashley H. Okwvazi, no age given, of 454 Wetherell St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct for a domestic dispute with her father. 

Steven R. Pinto, no age given, of 75 Lyness St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order.
