Manchester Police Blotter: Biker Brawl Leads to Three Arrests

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of July 22, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

An incident involving a member of the Hell's Angels motorcycle club at All Stars Restaurant & Bar on Spencer Street Saturday night led to numerous police being called to the scene and at least three arrests, according to police documents. 

According to documents provided by the Manchester Police Department Monday, three arrests resulted due to the incident: Kris Igor Kolaczenko, who was listed as a bouncer at the bar, was charged with second-degree assault and breach of peace; Thomas Joseph Steadward, who police said was a member of the Hell's Angels motorcycle club and who was carrying a knife, was charged with breach of peace, interfering with police and second-degree threatening; and Hort Ann LeBlanc was charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.  

Police said the incident began when LeBlanc was ejected from the bar and began an argument with another patron.

Dawn Marie Lagrave, no age given, of 185 East Center St. #6, Manchester, was charged with failure to appear, failure to respond to an infraction, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, misuse of plates, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating a motor vehicle without brake lights. 

Brittney S. Tremonte, no age given, of 27 Henderson Dr., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Big Y. 

Diane C. Juracka, no age given, of 18 Delmont St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree harassment. 

Johanna Maldonado, no age given, of 1083 Worthington St., Springfield, MA, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Roy R. Richards, no age given, of 410 North Main St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Sarah M. Robbins, no age given, of 223 New Braintree Rd., North Brookfield, MA, was charged with failure to appear.

Kris Igor Kolaczenko, no age given, of 305 Church St., Amston, was charged with second-degree assault and breach of peace. 

Thomas Joseph Steadward, no age given, of 80 Ravens Croft Rd., Vernon, was charged with breach of peace, interfering with police and second-degree threatening. 

Russell A. Dalessandro, no age given, of 50 Grove St. #6, Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Hort Ann LeBlanc, no age given, of 18 Green Manor Dr., East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening. 

, 23, of 70 Falls View Rd., Manchester, was charged with murder. 

July 22

Mickayon C. Smith, no age given, of 214 Center St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
