Manchester Police Blotter: Assault, Threatening, and Burglary

The following arrest reports as provided by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Oct. 20, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

October 16

Darryl Hicks, no age given of 64 Ruby Rd, Manchester was charged with two counts disorderly conduct, three counts criminal mischief, in connection with an incident at Imperial Dr, 6:44 p.m.

Joseph Hodgkins, no age given, of 135 Spruce St. was charged with 3rd-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident on Spruce St.

Adam S. Franeski, no age given, of 529 Griswold St. Glastonbury was charged with 2nd degree failure to appear on a prior East Windsor motor vehicle warrant, 4:00 p.m.

Judut Agapito Gutierrez, 35, of 150 Birch St. was charged with disorderly conduct. Suspect was involved in a domestic dispute with his wife. 12:30 a.m.

Leticia Roberts of 44 Channing Dr, no age given, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace.

Tamika Gant of 44 Channing Dr, no age given was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace.

Tyson Bennett of 156 Hollister St., no age given, was charged with 1st-degree attempted assault,1st degree assault, 2nd-degree threatening, and disorderly conduct. Suspect was arrested after a domestic dispute with his son whom he tried to stab with a kitchen knife, 4:19 pm

Valdeci Dias, no age given, of 42 Hazel St. Hartford was charged with 6th degree larceny, at Bob's Store, 220 Hale Rd. 9:00 p.m.

Patrick Bennett, no age given, of 156 Hollister St. was charged with disorderly conduct in connection with an incident on Hollister St., 4:19 p.m.

Brian E Wissinger of 14 Lanton Rd. #7 was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, and violation of a protective order. Suspect was involved in a domestic dispute with fiance, 9:17 p.m.

Edione Pereira, no age given, of 136 Madison Ave, Hartfrod was charged with 6th-degree larceny at Bob's Store 220 Hale Rd., at 8:00 p.m.

October 17

Patrick N. Bennett, no age given, of 156 Hollister St. was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace. Bennett was arrested after he was picking up his girlfriends belongings and began cursing and calling his girlfriend's grandmother obscene names., 2:53 p.m.

Andros Felix, no age given, of 21 Florence St. Hartford turned himself in on a prior warrant and was charged with 2nd degree failure to appear., 3:40 pm

Artish P. DcRuze, 32, of 34 Joseph St. was charged with two counts of 4th degree sexual assault, 2nd degree breach of peace, and 1st-degree criminal trespass. Suspect went into the ladies room at the Hungry Tiger and opened one of the stall doors while the woman was using the bathroom. Then the suspect followed the victim out of the bathroom and grabbed her breasts., 3:24 a.m.

Melissa Ann Allen, 24 of 57 Branford St, was charged with 2nd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace. Suspect struck a bar patron over the head with a pint glass after the victim came up behind her and grabbed her by her breasts. Earlier, the victim followed her into the ladies room while she was using the facilities.12:52 am

Joseph E Hodgkins, no age given, of 135 Spruce St, was charged with 1st degree criminal tresspass, and 2nd degree breach of peace. Hodgkins was arrested for walking into a home he believes he owns but does not. 5:36 p.m.

Robert J. Dowling, no given age, of last known address, South Park Inn was charged with 2nd-degree burglary, 6th-degree larceny, 1st-degree larceny, 3rd-degree burglary, and 2nd-degree criminal trespass, on a prior warrant., 9:07 am

Kenneth M. Pierce, NGA of 9416 Sunset Dr. Tampa FL, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, and driving with suspended license. 4:00 p.m.

Kennara T. Poteat, NGA, of 29 Enfield St. Hartford, was chargd with issuing a bad check and 6th degree larceny. Warrant service transported from Hartford PD, 7:30 p.m.

October 18

Priscilla L English, no given age, of 106 Plainfield St. Hartford, turned herself in on a prior failure to appear warrant and chargd with 6th degree larceny, and interfering with arrest. 11:50 a.m.

Jesse John Bellubuono, no age given, of 10 south Rd. Malborough, was charged with 6th degree larceny after turning himself in to MPD HQ on a warrant. 2:30 p.m.

Jahlarbrium M Richardson, no age given, of 27 High View St. East Hartford, was charged with 6th degree larceny. Richardson was arrested after he stole $270 worth of merchandise from Walmart.

October 19

Carrie Dopoff, no age given, of 95 West Middle Tpke, Apt B5 was charged with disorderly conduct. Suspect was arrested in a domestic dispute, pushing and shoving w/ ex boyfriend, father of children. 10:00 a.m.

Marcus Dwayne Dortche, no age given, of 114 New State Rd. Apt J, was charged with 2nd-degree unlawful restraint, 2nd-degree threatening, and disorderly conduct. Dortche was arrested for holding his girlfriend down and threatening her. 3:30 p.m.

Molaney S. Pipkin, NGA of 49 Doane St, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear. She was arrested on a prior warrant in connection with a domestic disturbance. 7:00 a.m.

Eric Lamont Little, no age given, of no listed address, was charged with two counts of 1st-degree failure to appear. He was wanted on prior warrants for weapons and assault on police officer charges. Arrested in East Granby, 2:31 p.m.

October 20

Emilio Sanchez Jr, 32, of 91 Elm St. #317E, turned himself in for 2nd-degree failure to appear on a prior warrant. Arrested at 239 E. Middle Tpke, Manchester 7:00 a.m.
