The following arrest reports as provided by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Sept. 27, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

September 25

Jorge Velez, 40, of 51 Belden St., New London, was charged with third-degree assault, breach of peace and second-degree riot after a physical domestic dispute with relatives.

Jesus Tito Velez, 38, of 51 Belden St., New London, was charged with third-degree assault, breach of peace and second-degree riot after a physical domestic dispute with relatives.

Richard Velez, 42, of 233 Woodtick Rd., Waterbury, was charged with third-degree assault, breach of peace and second-degree riot after a physical domestic dispute with relatives.

Tyler James Bogar, 27, of 364 Main St. #A, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct after police say he was involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend.

Sean Michael Ciampa, no age given, of 69 Hamlin St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree burglary, criminal attempt, criminal mischief, and sixth-degree larceny.

Walberto Ortiz, no age given, of 123 Woodlawn Circle, East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear.

Amy Lynn Majensk, no age given, of 370 Main St. 3rd Floor, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Steven Edward Levanduski, 32, of 448 Geraldine Dr., Coventry, was charged with second-degree strangulation, threatening and third-degree assault for a physical domestic dispute with his girlfriend.

Jake J. Mott, no age given, of 166 Greenwood Dr., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.

Chaketha Sinclair, no age given, of 26C Channina Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

September 26

Ricahrd N. Harvey, 54, listed as “homeless,” was charged with disorderly conduct, threatening, unlawful restraint, interfering with a 911 call, and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

Walbert Cruz Rivera , 26, listed as “homeless,” was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and ridicule based on race after police say he was involved in a physical altercation with another resident at the Manchester Area Conference of Churches Samaritan Shelter.

Edward Gerald Burns, no age given, of 466 Main St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after police say he was involved in a physical altercation with another resident at the Manchester Area Conference of Churches Samaritan Shelter.

September 27

Jesse J. Dexter, no age given, of 14 North River Lane, Danielson, was charged with second-degree forgery, forging a prescription, and illegal possession of narcotics.
