The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of September 4, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

September 2

Michael Philip Islieb, no age given, of 387 Hartford Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and violation of a protective order. 

Theresa Marie Vialette, no age given, of 384 Hartford Rd., was charged with breach of peace.

Sylvia Brainard, no age given, of 160 Charter Oak St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. 

Timothy Richard Bacon, no age given, of 71 Wells St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Ranan Yoseph Lansky, no age given, of 365 Cavan Lane, Glastonbury, was charged with breach of peace and second-degree assault. 

Andrea T. Walters, no age given, of 122 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. 

Stephen Paul Clink, no age given, of 49 Flower St., Manchester, was charged with misuse of the emergency 911 system.

Douglas Saucier, no age given, of 285 Hilliard St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

September 3

Jeffrey Hicks, no age given, of 115 Walnut St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Michael Boyea, no age given, of 490 Tolland St., East Hartford, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction. 

Anthony Burgos, no age given, of 67 Cooper St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Caryann M. Secore, no age given, of 9 Chestnut St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and threatening.

Adam Joshua Deleon Jr., no age given, of 109 Bridge St., Manchester, was charged with three separate warrants for possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to sell.

Peter J. Felicier, no age given, of 109 Bridge St., Manchester, was charged with three separate warrants for possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to sell. 

Sarah F. Myelte, no age given, of 30 French Rd., Manchester, was charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and interfering with police. 

Ervin Dhimitri, no age given, of 19 Virginia Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.
