Jessica King, no age given, of 241A Main St., East Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting $741.99 worth of merchandise from Kohl's. 

Thomas Martin Kende, no age given, of 54 Clark Rd., Bolton, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of narcotics not in their original container.

Daniel Ronald Johnson, 50, of 41 Tonica Spring Trail, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace after police say he was involved in a verbal dispute with another parent during drop off at Martin Elementary School.

Ratti, no age given, of 91 Elm St. Apt. 201A, Manchester, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, using a motor vehicle without the owner's permission and interfering with an emergency call for a physical domestic dispute with his girlfriend. 

Bruce P. Ratti, no age given, of 91 Elm St. Apt. 201A, Manchester, was charged with violation of the conditions of release after police say he returned to his girlfriend's apartment. 

Adlai Steven Bennett, no age given, of 185 Pine St. APt. 814, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of a shoplifting device for allegedly shoplifting at Bob's Stores. 

Andre Eugene Story Sr., 30, of 403 Barbour St., Hartford, was charged with possession of cocaine, the sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine within 1,500 feet of a school and the sale of cocaine within 1,500 feet of a school.

Maidment, no age given, of 29 Mount Sumner Dr., Bolton, was charged with conspiracy, interfering with police, possession of less than half and ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police say he and several other individuals tried to still beer from the Quick Mart on Broad Street. 

William Fredrick Lee Jr., no age given, of 71 Crestwood Dr., Manchester, was charged with conspiracy and interfering with police after police say he and several other individuals tried to still beer from the Quick Mart on Broad Street. 

Derek L. Jackson, 159 Union St., Bristol, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree burglary, criminal attempt and sixth-degree larceny after police say he and several other individuals tried to still beer from the Quick Mart on Broad Street. 

Haley Hennessey, no age given, of 220 Hebron Rd., Bolton, was charged with conspiracy and sixth-degree larceny after police say she and several other individuals tried to still beer from the Quick Mart on Broad Street.
