Manchester Police Blotter: Assault, Risk of Injury to a Minor and Kidnapping

Betty Abena Anane, no age given, of 305 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and failure to appear after police say she allowed her seven-year and 11-year old children to walk down to Spruce Street to buy pizza unsupervised. 

Thomas M. Hykes, 71 Mill St., Glastonbury, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Franklin Raymond Wells Jr., no age given, of 250 New Hall St., New Haven, was charged with interfering with police and sixth-degree larceny. 

Deane Ian Chasser, no age given, of 16544 Route 22, Stephentown, NY, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after police say he slapped his wife multiple times in the face. 

Orbe Roosewell, no age given, of 179 East Center St. Apt. 2B, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Thomas E. Lappan, no age given, of 214 Scott Dr., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Darryl Cason, no age given, of 17 Kerry St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after police say he allegedly stole $30 from the cash register at Dunkin' Donuts while working there as an employee. 

Michael Francis Mysatyukow Sr., no age given, of Middletown, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Gregory Michael Fairbanks Sr., no age given, of 74 Chestnut St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening after police say he pulled a knife on a victim in Tent City. 

Hugh W. Dallas, no age given, of 200 Maple St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Steve W. Robinson, no age given, of 159 Tufts Dr., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Audra Cyr, no age given, of 116 Woodland St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Donna M. Fiamma, no age given, of 51 Cinnamon St., South Windsor, was charged with driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. 

Demetrius Aaron Hudson, no age given, of 80 Cleveland Ave., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, second-degree assault, violation of the conditions of release, and second-degree kidnapping after police say he assaulted a female passenger in his car, drove reckless through town and hid from police.
