Manchester Police Blotter: April 7 - April 8, 2013

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of April 8, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

April 7

Mark R. Marinone, no age given, of 113 Center St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Tyrus Tyrel Storms, 25, of 42 Greenwood Ave., Bloomfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with police and criminal trespass. 

John Thayer, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with breach of peace after police say he caused a disturbance outside of Shop Rite. 

April 8 

Ryan Patrick McCarthy, no age given, of 31 Brighton Lane, Vernon, was charged with violation of probation. 

Matthew Stephen Cerasoi, no age given, of 347 Keeney St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Abduel Gabriel Sanchez, no age given, of 42 Roslyn St., Hartford, was charged with violation of probation. 

Jack Thomas Melan, no age given, of 47 Worcester Rd., Vernon, was charged with three counts of violation of probation. 

Edwin Dieppa Jr., no age given, of 72 Fairfield St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and violation of a protective order. 

Taylor M. Bollard, no age given, of 68C Sycamore Lane, Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Andrew Sumpter, 54, address listed as "homeless," was charged with breach of peace after police say he caused a disturbance at Manchester Memorial Hospital. 

Douglas Radcliffe, 20, of 20 Fairview St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of violation of probation. 

Joshua Lee Torres, no age given, of 12 Moore St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree burglary. 

Donald White Jr., no age given, of 193 Charter Oak St., Manchester, was charged with failure to pay or plead an infraction.
