Robert M. Tupper, no age given, of 8 Stone St., Vernon, was charged with charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, evading responsibility by causing injury and breach of peace after police say he ran over two juveniles.

Steven P. Dawnis, no age given, of 103 Sycamore Lane, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, running a red light and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. 

Kara M. Kvart, no age given, of 103 Sycamore Lane, Manchester, was charged with violation of the conditions of release from a domestic arrest earlier in the day.
