Manchester Police Blotter: April 18 - April 20, 2013

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of April 20, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

April 18 

Turi A. Blade, no age given, of 65 Florence St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and interfering with an emergency call. 

Hector Angel Montoya, no age given, of 234 Dart St., Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Brian J. Sherry, no age given, of 20 Forest Dr., Wethersfield, was charged with leaving a child unattended after police say he left a child alone in a car for "five to 10 minutes" in the parking lot of Friendly's. 

April 19 

Rafael Padilla, no age given, of 30 Foster St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Lakeisha L. King, no age given, of 165 Sigourney St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

April 20 

Marcus Wayne Hines, no age given, of 1 Clover Lane, Bloomfield, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration after police say Hines was stopped with two small children in the car. 

Garrett Allan Tardif, no age given, of 10 Boulder Rd., Colchester, was charged with breach of peace, reckless driving and first-degree reckless endangerment. 

Tyrone Lee Rivera, no age given, of 38 North Elm St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Rashetta Nicole Tyrell, no age given, of 11 Mill St., Glastonbury, was charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor, possession of narcotics, sale of narcotics, two charges of transporting a child without a restraint, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school and the sale of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school. 

David Robert Taft, no age given, of 47 Bunce Dr., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Bianca C. Robinson, no age given, of 101 Tall Wood Dr., Vernon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Kohl's. 

Christopher M. Miller, no age given, of 9 West Middle Turnpike, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. 

Kayla A. Marquis, no age given, of 315 Keeney St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.
