Manchester Police Blotter: April 16 - April 17, 2013

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of April 17, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

April 16

Nivia Easterling, no age given, of 9 Shepard Rd., Bloomfield, was charged with interfering with police, possession of narcotics and criminal impersonation after police say she gave the wrong name to an officer during a traffic stop. 

Steven Michael McCurry, no age given, of 149 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order and criminal trespass. 

Paris A. Weaver-Bey, no age given, of 126 Columbus St., East Hartford, was charged with interfering with police, failure to pay or plead an infraction and criminal impersonation after police say she gave the wrong name to an officer during a traffic stop. 

Deirdre Ann Lenkiewicz, 24, of 131 Lakeside Dr., Andover, was charged with of possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of drugs within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drugs with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, operating a drug factory and risk of injury to a minor.

Joshua Scott Ray, no age given, of 13 Laurel Place, Manchester, was charged with Joshua Scott Ray, no age given, of 13 Laurel Place, Manchester, was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of drugs within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drugs with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, operating a drug factory and risk of injury to a minor.

Paul Andrew Bato, no age given, of 536 Birch Mountain Rd., Manchester, was charged with cultivation of marijuana, possession of more than four ounces of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine. He was held on a $350,000 surety bond. 

Steven A. Cerasoli, no age given, of 347 Keeney St., Manchester, was charged with promoting a minor in an obscene performance, importing child pornography and possession of child pornography. 

William Thomas Cratty, 29, of 72 Juniper Dr., Coventry, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to have brake lights. 

April 17

Rene Rojas Jr., no age given, of 359 Success Ave., Bridgeport, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, interfering with police, breach of peace, third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. 

Kevin Sutherland, no age given, of 29 Windsor Ave., Windsor, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction. 

Thomas Robert Messenger Jr., no age given, of 448 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with three counts of disorderly conduct, three counts of violation of a protective order, reckless endangerment, using a motor vehicle without the owners permission, second-degree assault and unlawful restraint. 

Christopher Nunez, no age given, of 95 Brown St., Hartford, was charged with two counts of failure to appear. 

Shotitur Rahman, 26, of 94 Clinton St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. 

Torell L. Crump, no age given, of 452 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening. 

Scott Neil McConnell, no age given, of 51 Hartford Turnpike, Vernon, was charged with two counts of violation of probation. 

Blake Andrew Thomas-Henley, no age given, of 1368 Cove Springs, St. Peters, MD, was charged with breach of peace. 

Mark W. Davidson, no age given, of 41A Charter Oak St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. 

Nicholas A. Chmieleski, no age given, of 250 Ferguson Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and first-degree criminal trespass after getting into a fight at the Oak Street Pub.
