Manchester Man Arrested on Five Separate Warrants

Vernon Police said the man, 20-year old Anthony Rafael Baez, has a long list of charges against him.

Bail enforcement agents arrived at the Vernon Police Department Thursday morning with a Manchester man who had five arrest separate warrants pending against him, police said.

Police said that the man, Anthony Rafael Baez, 20, lives on Hillard Street In Manchester.  It is a new address for him and he did not know the street number, police said.

Police said his arrest details are: 

• A PRAWN warrant issued for Baez for failure to pay or plead an infraction. The original charge was negligent pedestrian. The Bond was court-set at $100. He is currently being held for a court date today.

• A PRAWN warrant issued for Baez for failing to appear in court on charges of third-degree larceny and violation of probation. The court set a $40,000 bond with a scheduled appearance of today. 

• A PRAWN warrant for Baez for failing to appear in court on second-degree breach of peace littering charges. The court set a bond of $5,000.00 with a scheduled appearance today.  

• A PRAWN warrant for Baez for failing to appear in court for second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a police Officer. The court set a bond of $15,000 with a court date for today.

• A PRAWN warrant for Baez for failing to appear in court. The original charges were second-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.  The court set a $15,000 bond and scheduled an appearance for today.
