Newly Appointed Archbishop Leonard Paul Blair visits East Catholic High School

East Catholic High School in Manchester, CT is pleased to announce that newly appointed Archbishop Leonard Paul Blair visited with students, faculty and staff on his tour of the Archdiocese today. He toured the school and spent time in several classrooms talking with students. Archbishop Blair’s appointment became public during an Archdiocese Press Conference this morning. The East Catholic High School Community was excited to be the Archbishop’s first school visit. East Catholic has 730 students from around Connecticut and is recognized for its strong faith community, academic excellence, fine arts and athletic programs.

 

Archbishop Blair comes from the Diocese of Toledo. He will be replacing the retiring Archbishop Henry J. Mansell.
