Hiring Practices?

Suddenly the search for a new football coach at MHS has turned into a 107,000 dollar job.The job is now guidance councilor, administrator and football coach. Was the job posted that way or as seperate jobs? Were the applicants aware of the hiring requirements? Somehow I think another fastball was thrown past the tax payers. Transparency or smoke and mirrors?

You Can Put Trust & Credibility Issues In The Mix Too. The Person Has Been Chosen 4 the Job ALREADY, Legally They Have To Post It, This Is Manchester Mind You. The MBOE & The Smart/Dumb Panel R always Crying Poverty. Funny They Can Find Money 4 Football, But Can't Find Money For Facilities Upkeep. Typical Democratic Thinking, Perpetuated By Their Chairman Mike Pohl. I Wonder If He Put In 4 The Job, Since He Has No Chance Of Moving Up To The state Capitol With His Political Reputation In This Area. If He Runs He Will Just Embarrass Himself & His Party Big Time. Watch Carefully As 2 Who Gets This Job.
