East Catholic High School Prepares Easter Packs Filled With School Supplies for Children in Hartford

Through a generous grant provided by the Greater Hartford Jaycees Foundation, East Catholic High School was able to prepare Easter packs filled with school supplies for students in Hartford. The agencies that will benefit from this generosity include Burr School, The Catholic Worker House and the South Park Inn which are places our students participate in providing community service throughout the year.  The baskets will be delivered right before Easter.

According to Chris Silveira, Chairman for the Greater Hartford Jaycee Foundation and ECHS alumnus, “We are pleased to support East Catholic High School in providing much needed school supplies to kids in Hartford.  We know there are many who go without and hope that this will brighten their day around Easter.”
