Manchester Student Named AP Scholar
(West Hartford) - A Manchester resident has been named an AP Scholar by the College Board. Sarah Gillespie ’13 is one of 42 students from Northwest Catholic High School to be named an AP Scholar, receiving the honor of AP Scholar with Distinction. To receive that designation, students must earn an average score of 3.5 on all Advanced Placement Exams taken, and a score of 3 or higher on five or more of the tests.
Since 1961, Northwest Catholic’s mission has been to educate the whole person: mind, body, spirit, and soul. Enrollment for the Class of ’18 is now under way, and prospective students are invited to the Open House at Northwest Catholic on November 3, 2013.
