For students interested in knowing how they would score on the SAT, Ivy Bound is offering SATs on FOUR occasions over the next two months. These practice Test sessions are free of charge, as is a phone review of many questions from the test.
Students learn how to score the SAT themselves, the same way the College Board officials scores the SAT. They will leave the session with a score, and they can attend a phone session to learn ways to improve that score.
The tests are being held locally at 2pm on the following Sundays:
October 7
November 4
and
November 18
There are also 8am sessions offered on two SATURDAYs:
October 20
and
November 3
The SAT is 70% longer than the PSAT, has an essay section, and has stopper math questions that the PSAT lacks. Thus the best practice for the SAT is not the PSAT but...a similar SAT.
